The amenities within the compound are where the Tribeca Private Residences really shine. I promise you, if you invest in a unit in Tribeca, you will need to force yourself to actually go out of the main gates and go somewhere else. The amenities provided by Landco are so great that you would not want to leave if you really do not have to.

First of all, you need to check out the Tribeca’s pool area. Yes, the condominium complex does not have just a regular pool. It actually has an aqua park. The Tribeca has infinity pools, kiddie pools, and Jacuzzis. In addition, there are also a couple of gazebos where you and your family can share a nice lunch after hours of swimming. You can also find massage huts along the sides of the pools where professional masseuses can help ease all of the pent-up tension in your body.

If you are a fan of sports and other physical activities, you will find the basketball and badminton courts where you and your friends can work up a sweat. In addition, and this is the first time I have heard of a condominium having this, the Tribeca also has a soccer pitch. There are also meandering jogging paths that snake through the activity area and between the different condominium buildings, so you can work on your cardio. You can also access a rock-climbing wall, so you can work on strengthening your core and upper body. You can find all of these, and more, in the fitness circuit of the activity area.

If you have young children, you can take them to the central park area, so you can go ride a bike through the jogging path, or you can watch over them as they play with the other kids in the playground area. You can be sure that your kids are safe because the playground area is covered in soft turf grass. There is also a sandbox play area where your kids will not only enjoy themselves. They can also hone their creativity.

If you just want to hang out with your family and friends during the weekends, you can pack a picnic basket and head on over to the barbecue area. You can sit on the grass and just marvel at your surroundings, making it easier for you to let go of all the things that stressed you out during the week.

Probably the reason why the Tribeca Private Residences does not feel like your run-of-the-mill condominium complex is because its layout just feels organic. The streets that run between the residential buildings are not in a grid pattern. They are more like meandering paths. Even the pool area does not have any sharp edges. If you look at the area from above, you will also see that the residential buildings are not aligned with each other but rather they are kind of skewed and at an angle in relation to the buildings beside them.

Security is also not a problem in Tribeca. There are CCTV cameras installed in strategic places and a trained security officer monitors their feeds closely at all times. The security personnel will also patrol the grounds regularly just to ensure that the residents are all safe. Such also serves as a deterrent to anyone with bad intentions for the residents of Tribeca Private Residences.
